Shipping Information

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items that show signs of use cannot be returned.
